Mikayla was born and raised in Erie, Michigan, after she graduated high school she attended 4-years at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She then moved to Phoenix in 2018 and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies. At Rayhons, Mikayla started as an intern in June of 2019 and was hired as one of our productivity specialists. She has since grown to become JW's Executive Assistant. She has a passion for interior design and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
